PARKING

VISITORS PARKING

• Visitor parking spots are located at the front of the building along the driveway and at the back of the driveway.

• Residents are only permitted to park in the visitor parking stalls for no more than 15 minutes and only to load and unload their vehicles.

• Accessible parking: There is only one assigned and marked accessible parking space, located at the entrance to the visitor parking area, next to the South Gate. Only vehicles displaying a valid accessible parking permit are allowed to park in the accessible parking space. All others may be subject to towing.
  

  RESIDENT PARKING

• The entrance to the underground residents' parkade is located at the south end of the building.

• Each unit owns two numbered parking stalls.

• Current fire regulations permit a resident to keep in his/her parking space only the following: any means of transportation including motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, water vehicles (boats and kayaks), small cart and non-combustible car bike racks.

• Owners may, at their own discretion, loan or rent out one or both of their parking spots to another resident of Mountain Terrace.

• Owners/residents seeking additional parking space can post a notice on the Mail Room bulletin board.
