EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL PHONE NUMBERS

ELEVATOR EMERGENCIES

If you experience an operational problem with the elevator (for example, the call button fails, or doors won’t open), immediately:

1)Press the red Emergency button

2) Pick up the Emergency phone in the elevator. It will automatically connect you with TELUS Emergency Services.

3) Provide TELUS with:

•Your name

•Your location (north/south elevator, Mountain Terrace, 1500 Ostler Court, North Vancouver)

•The floor on which you called the elevator

•The floor of your destination

•Exactly what is not working (for example, buttons, doors, lights)

•The time of the incident

Note that your cell phone may or may not work while you are in the elevator.

Once you are out of the elevator and home again, please contact 778-770-0383 Kristy Kinshela, property manager at Pacific Quorum and report what happened.

If possible, alert your fellow residents to the problem by posting a note on the elevator's exterior buttons or on the outside wall.
