PARKADE POWER WASHING: remove all vehicles and belongings from the garage before 8 AM Aug 12, 2026

WORK INFORMATION: Griffiths Pro Wash will be performing power scrubbing and cleaning services in the underground parkade.
Date: August 12, 2026 Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please remove all vehicles and personal belongings from designated work areas before 8:00 AM on August 12.
Temporary access restrictions will be in place during cleaning operations; no vehicles will be permitted in the parkade during cleaning. If any vehicles remain, that spot will not be cleaned, and we will not re-visit the site to conduct the cleaning of occupied stalls. Any occupied spaces at the time of cleaning will be documented and emailed to the strata manager. Wet surfaces may be present during and immediately after cleaning. Follow all posted signage and directions from site personnel. Griffiths Pro Wash will not be held accountable for any property left in the parkade during the day and time of the cleaning that could endure damage.
