Hallway Renovation

Please be advised that the painting contractors are continuing work throughout the building. The following schedule has been provided for the upcoming trim, door and wall painting work. The schedule is approximate and may change depending on site conditions, manpower, and any unforeseen circumstances.

General Information

• Painters have been asked to knock on suite doors ahead of painting to provide occupants
with a brief notice before work begins.

• The painting crew will work diligently to complete each area as quickly as possible.

• Please exercise caution and watch for areas of wet paint
when entering or exiting your suite.

• Suite entry doors may be masked off while painting is underway.
Masking may remainin place until the paint has dried.

• Ceiling painting is substantially complete.

Trim & Doors – Preparation / Painting

The anticipated schedule is approximately two days per floor for Floors 1–5,
with Floors 6 and 7 being completed together in one day.

Thursday, Aug 20 – Friday, August 21 Level 2

Monday, Aug 24 – Tuesday, August 25 Level 3

Wednesday, Aug 26 – Thursday, August 27 Level 4

Friday, Aug 28 – Monday, August 31 Level 5

Tuesday, September 1 Levels 6 & 7

Please note that the contractors may prepare trim on multiple floors before beginning the painting phase. They may then continue painting completed areas while preparing subsequent floors. This approach allows the crew to work efficiently and maintain progress throughout the building rather than strictly completing two consecutive days on each floor.

Walls / Final Painting

Beginning Wednesday, September 2, the anticipated schedule allows approximately three

days per floor for Floors 1–5, followed by approximately two days for Floors 6 and 7 together.

Please Note:

The above schedule is based on there being no significant damage discovered, no work requiring redoing due to damage caused by other trades, and no other unforeseen conditions affecting the project. It also assumes that two coats of paint will be sufficient for all surfaces.

Additional repairs, rework, trade-related damage, or other unforeseen conditions may affect the anticipated timeline.

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation while this work is completed. Please take care when moving through areas where painting is underway and allow the contractors sufficient space to safely complete their work.
